This SATA Hard Drive Backplane provides simple hot-swappable storage, with support for up to four 3.5in SATA (SATA, SATA II, SATA III-6Gbps) hard drives.
The SATA backplane can be mounted into three 5.25” bay slots, increasing internal space efficiency by 33%; to help keep installed drives running at optimal temperatures, the backplane features a rear-mounted 80mm cooling fan and includes built-in alarms to alert you in case of failure or over-heating.
With support for SATA HDD speeds up to 6.0 Gbps, the mobile rack/backplane is fully compatible with RAID installations to ensure maximum performance and versatility for enhanced storage applications.
Please note: The SATABAY4BK SATA Hard Drive Backplane is interchangeable with StorCase models S21J117, SC21J117 and model RJR400.
