This USB and FireWire slot saver PCI card can be installed in an available PCI slot to provide three external USB 2.0 ports, one internal USB port, two external 6-pin IEEE 1394a FireWire ports and one internal FireWire (6-pin, 1394a) port.
A cost-effective solution, the USB/FireWire slot saver PCI card lets you connect FireWire or USB peripherals (e.g CD-RW/DVD-ROMs, external hard drives, video cameras, etc.), while taking up only one PCI expansion slot on the computer, in turn saving space in the computer for further card installations.
