This SATA Hard Drive Backplane provides simple, hot-swappable storage with support for up to five 3.5in SATA (SATA, SATA II, SATA III-6Gbps) hard drives.
The SATA backplane can be mounted into a 4U server/4U rack case, helping to increase internal space efficiency; to help keep installed drives running at optimal temperatures, the SATA backplane features a rear-mounted 80mm cooling fan and built-in alarms (fan failure and overheating) to alert you in case of failure or overheating.
With support for SATA HDD speeds up to 6.0 Gbps, the mobile rack/backplane is fully compatible with RAID installations to ensure maximum performance and versatility for enhanced storage applications.
