This 3 Port PCMCIA 1394b FireWire Adapter Card adds three FireWire 800 ports to your laptop computer, allowing you to connect digital cameras, camcorders, and other demanding FireWire 800 and FireWire/i.Link devices.
The card includes a FireWire cable and supports hot-swapping, so you’ll be able to plug, unplug, and swap your FireWire peripherals with ease; the card supports IEEE-1394B devices, ensuring data transfer rates of up to 800 Mbps, and is backward compatible with the original IEEE-1394A FireWire standard.
