This adapter features one IDE 44-pin male connector and two Compact Flash ports, allowing you to connect two Compact Flash (CF) type media cards to a laptop computer in place of a 2.5in IDE hard drive.

A true Do-it-yourself SSD solution, the CF to IDE adapter allows Compact Flash, Compact Flash 2, or MicroDrive media to be used as a bootable hard drive on a notebook computer and requires no software or driver installation.
