The StarTech.com PC case-cooling fan is a customizable fan and air ducting system that allows the user to direct incoming or outgoing air where it is needed. The FANCASE2 fits in any standard ISA or PCI slot space and has two fans with independent ducting systems. The default configuration for the fans is exhausting air from the case, but either fan can be reversed to inhale air into the case. Each fan is on a swivel and extension mechanism that allows the fan to be directed to a specific location. This provides optimal airflow where it is needed. The fan is powered using a standard LP4 hard driver power tap.
