StarTech.com offers all of our customers free, North American based customer and technical support services by phone, e-mail or online chat. We want to make it easy for you to get the information you need to grow your business.

How-To-Sell Guides and Wizards
These guides and wizards provide helpful information to support the sale of our products and maximize margins. You will find online configurators, reference guides “how to sell” guides and product line lists. They can be found at www.startech.com under “Tools and Guides”.

E-News Subscription
E-news is our monthly newsletter keeping you up to date on newly launched products, promotions and new developments at StarTech.com. If you do not already receive this online newsletter, simply visit www.startech.com and enter your e-mail address at the bottom of the home page under E-mail newsletter signup. You also have the option to sign up when creating a new user account.

Images and Logos
High resolution product images and StarTech.com logos are available for use on your own company website, making it easier to promote the StarTech.com products you offer.

Product Info Feeds for Website
Product descriptions and technical specifications are available for download, so you may easily transfer this information to your website and other print materials.

Gold and Platinum Member Benefits

Reseller Locator Tool
Customers want to know where they can buy StarTech.com product, and you want them to know that you carry it. This tool will be available at www.startech.com to any customer looking for a reseller in their area. If you qualify as a Gold or Platinum member with retail space, your business information will be listed. This tool will allow users to search for a Reseller in their area by province/state, and city.

No Minimum Order Required
Now, when placing an order over the telephone, you will not be subject to processing fees when placing an order under $100, saving you $10 per order. As always, online orders are not subject to a minimum order fee.

Dedicated Account Manager
A dedicated account manager will be more than happy to assist you with anything that you need to keep your account up to date and your business growing.

Promo Item Credits
Looking for StarTech.com promotional material? Promo item credits are now available on our website! All Gold and Platinum members are able to request great promotional products such as golf shirts, fleece sweaters, water bottles, as well as banners, all adorned with the StarTech.com logo. Gold members are allotted 25 points, and Platinum are allotted 100 points*. Your points may be used throughout the year, whenever you need them, and the promo items you order through our website, will be conveniently shipped with your next order. Your status is reviewed quarterly, and if you have qualified to move up a level, additional points will be awarded accordingly.

Online Training
Online webinar training is available to you and your team. A convenient and cost effective way to train your staff on StarTech.com products. You can request training on specific products, a mix of product categories or any of the technologies that we provide. Contact your dedicated account manager if you would like more information on how to set up online training sessions.

Platinum Member Benefits

Free Product Samples
Platinum members now have the opportunity to receive one free product sample per quarter. A list of available products will be updated on the website from quarter to quarter. To order one of these samples, simply click on the Product Sample Request button on our website, and your dedicated account representative will contact you to ensure your order is taken care of promptly.

Platinum Tech Support
This is a separate toll free number from our general number that is available only to those that qualify for Platinum level support. This number, when used to call technical support, will direct you to the front of the phone queue. You will no longer have to wait on hold for the next technical support representative to become available to speak to with you. Just another way StarTech.com is saving you time and money.

In House Training
Your dedicated account manager would be more than happy to visit your office to meet with you and your staff and perform in house training on whatever you require**. Please contact your dedicated account manager to discuss availability, scheduling, and the topic of their visit.
