  1. How can I find out the warranty for a product?
    Go to StarTech.com website and type in the SKU in "Find Item" and it will bring up complete information on that particular item. In the right-hand column there will be a gold-seal graphic displaying how long an item is warrantied.

  2. How can I find a reseller in my area in Canada?
    To view a list of the Canadian Resellers, view our Where To Buy section. If you would like a list of resellers for a particular product, search the product and then click on the Where To Buy tab on the Item Detail page.

    To view a list of the U.S. Resellers, view our Where To Buy section. If you would like a list of resellers for a particular product, search the product and then click on the Where To Buy tab on the Item Detail page.

  4. If I need drivers for a StarTech.com part, where I can find it?
    Click Downloads on the top menu of the Web site. Select the type of download you require. Choose the device you're looking for drivers for and click it. If the driver is not available on the Web site please contact our friendly Technical Support team to request the drivers to be emailed to you.

  5. What is the standard email/call turnaround time?
    Standard turn around time for an email response is 24-48 hours. Turn around time for call response is 2 hours.

  1. If I am an end user, how can I return a defective purchase?
