This SATA Hard Drive Backplane provides simple hot-swappable storage, with support for up to three 3.5in SATA (SATA I/SATA II) hard drives including drives up to 1.5 terabytes in capacity.
The SATA backplane can be mounted into two 5.25” bay slots, increasing internal space efficiency by 33%; to help keep installed drives running at optimal temperatures, the backplane features a rear-mounted 80mm cooling fan and includes two built-in alarms to alert you in case of failure or over-heating.
The Serial ATA backplane delivers data transfer rates of up to 3 Gbps and is RAID compatible, providing maximum performance for enhanced storage applications.
