Drive Rack

 

 

A Drive Rack is a device that houses a hard drive, to facilitate the installation and removal of the drive from a host computer Drive Bay. This device provides an easy way to make backups or transfer the entire contents of a hard drive to another computer equipped with a removable hard drive bay, without having to spend the time required to uninstall the hard drive through conventional methods. Drive Racks are also referred to as an External Hard Drive Enclosures.
