Digital Video

Digital video is the replacement for the outdated analogue video format which uses hardware to store video footage. Digital video on the other hand uses a combination of hardware and software to store video frames on hard drives or other portable storage devices. Digital video is emerging as a new industry standard as consumers are now demanding the ability to upload videos directly to their computer in digital format without having to convert it from analogue first.
