What options are available?

  • Is the product still within the warranty period and deemed defective by a Technical Advisor? We will ship out a replacement unit within 2-5 business days of receiving the original unit. (Note: Shipping times vary by destination)

  • Refund
  • Did you purchase the product directly through We will issue you a refund within 2-5 business days of receiving the original unit. If the product was purchased indirectly, please contact the original place of purchase to request a refund.

  • Cross-Ship
  • Require your replacement sooner? We can ship it right away, as a cross-ship option is available*. This option requires payment by credit card for the replacement unit in advance, however, this amount will be fully refunded within 2-5 business days of receiving the original unit.
    *Subject to stock availability. (Note shipping times vary by destination)

  • What should you know?

    • Warranty is verified from the date of purchase and not by serial number.
    • A proof of purchase is required for final approval of your RMA.
    • A replacement is not an exchange.
    • A replacement is authorized for warranty purposes only.
    • A 25% restock fee may be applied for non-defective returns seeking a refund (direct purchases only).
    • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
    • After submitting the RMA Form, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days with further instructions, or a request for additional information.
