Composite Video

 

 

Composite video refers to an analog video signal that has not yet been combined with sound. Also referred to as CVBS (Color, Video, Blanking and Sync), Composite Video combines the luminance (brightness), chrominance (color) and synchronizing signals into one cable, typically using an RCA jack as a connector.
