This SATA/USB to Dual CF SSD adapter features a SATA male power connector and a SATA male data connector, a Mini USB B connector, as well as two Compact Flash ports, allowing you to connect two Compact Flash type media cards to a laptop computer in place of a Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive.
The USB 2.0 interface allows the CF hard drive adapter to be connected directly to a Desktop or Notebook PC, providing both data and power to the adapter and in turn allowing the CF cards to be accessed without requiring any additional adapters or cables. The adapter also features three RAID modes for card configuration; RAID 0 (Stripping), RAID 1(Mirroring), and BIG (Concatenation).
A Do-it-yourself SSD solution, the CF to SSD (USB/SATA) adapter allows Compact Flash, Compact Flash 2, or MicroDrive media to be used on a notebook computer as a bootable hard drive and requires no software or driver installation.
