Why do my windows move to another monitor on their own?
Additional software on your computer may be emulating CTRL and ALT keyboard commands, causing sudden and undesired behavior.
To resolve the issue, you can adjust your hotkey settings by following the steps below.
- Right-click the USB Display Adapter icon in your system tray and select Multi-Display Control Panel to display a list of hotkey commands.
- Individually highlight each command and change the hotkey combination by selecting the drop down directly below Hotkey Settings.
- Once all hotkey commands have been changed (or disabled), click the Apply button to save your changes.
