Yes but not with precision or dragging motions. It is recommended that these are used on touchscreens with larger targets/buttons (i.e. POS interfaces) that only require the user to click. Dragging things across a display could cause the adhesive strips to wear out faster over time. The mounting tabs are typically placed on the sides and bottom of a display as they are used if the user intends to flip the privacy screen and so dragging motions may cause the privacy screens to move around. Magnetic privacy screens could also be displaced with dragging motions. If many privacy screens are needed it is recommended to try one screen on your intended model of touch display first.
