(4 stars) Color loss

Installed these on a remote Sony remote camera s-video out approx. 100 ft to the video mixer console. Works but there is considerable color signal loss.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on SVIDUTPEXT. The color on SVIDEO is transmitted over pin 4, which is carried over a single wire of an Ethernet cable when going through SVIDUTPEXT. If the Ethernet cable has any problems with that individual wire, you may see degraded color. We suggest testing with another Ethernet cable in case it may be the source of the color loss.
