How do I uninstall the StarTech.com USB video adapter from my computer?

Note: Physically disconnect your USB Video Adapter from the computer before completing the steps below.

Windows 10 / 8

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows Key + X.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs and Features.
  4. Click Uninstall a program to display a list of all installed software on your computer.
  5. Locate and select the USB Display Device (Trigger Family) software.
  6. Click Uninstall at the top of your screen to begin the removal process and restart your computer when prompted.

Windows 7 / Vista

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs and Features.
  4. Click Uninstall a program to display a list of all installed software on your computer.
  5. Locate and select the USB Display Device (Trigger Family) software.
  6. Click Uninstall at the top of your screen to begin the removal process and restart your computer when prompted.

Windows XP

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Add/Remove Programs to display a list of all installed software on your computer.
  4. Locate and select the USB Display Device (Trigger Family) software.
  5. Click Remove to begin the removal process and restart your computer when prompted.
