While using the IP-Extender Manager software I am receiving an "Access Denied" error, or I cannot activate the ports. What do I do in Windows Vista / 7 / 8?
When experiencing either issue, complete the following:
- Close the IP-Extender Manager software.
- Right-click on the IP-Extender Manager icon and click Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Select the Run this program as an administrator check box.
- Click Apply and OK.
- Relaunch the software.
