Global IT accessory company prepares for further European expansion by welcoming new VP.
Northampton, UK - May 15, 2019 - StarTech.com, a global leader in hard-to-find connectivity accessories, welcomes Andrzej ‘Kap’ Kasprzyk as Vice President Sales, Europe. In this role, Kap will be leading the commercial team to grow the European business and open new markets in the region. StarTech.com has experienced strong growth in Europe in recent years, growing its sales by 28% in 2018 and more than tripling its sales since 2013.

Kap brings with him over 25 years of experience in the technology sector and has held several senior leadership roles in industry leading companies including Palm Computing, Tapwave Inc, TomTom and Huawei. He has experience developing profitable strategies, growing high-performing teams and leading companies to sustainable growth across Europe.
During his time at Palm, Kap played a critical role as Director of Sales, Europe, and was instrumental in developing the organization’s business in the region. With the startup Tapwave, Kap further enhanced the Palm platform by establishing revolutionary handheld products in the gaming sector. Kap then spent over 10 years with TomTom as VP Sales & Marketing. He initially scaled the commercial team in the UK through a period of rapid growth and achieved record results, before being tasked with developing Central and Eastern Europe for the organization. Based out of Warsaw, Kap was responsible for significant growth in market share across the region. After 6 years Kap returned to the UK with Huawei as Commercial Director, Retail Products, where he developed and executed key strategies to scale the business, grow market-share and improve visibility in the region.
