Setting Employees Up for Success

We’re passionate about ensuring new team members are set up to succeed with StarTech.com. We have a dedicated onboarding team and provide comprehensive onboarding resources to our new employees, including workshops, warehouse tours, job shadowing, and opportunities to meet senior management.


StarTechers Connect

In the fall of 2020, StarTech.com launched our internal employee support group, StarTechers Connect. This group is dedicated to prioritizing the wellbeing of StarTech.com employees. Through offering helpful tools and support, StarTechers Connect creates engaging opportunities that foster a sense of community and bring together our StarTech.com team.


Keeping Our Team Safe

We have health and safety procedures in place at our operations around the globe, where we provide training and personal protective equipment to our employees, including our distribution facility workforce.

  • We prohibit workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and workplace violence and have procedures in place to respond to, investigate, and deal with any allegations in this regard.
  • Our third-party hosted hotline encourages employees to report and escalate risk and ethics-related matters. In countries where it is permitted to do so, the hotline is offered on an anonymous basis.
